The SC-6 Six Supervised Control Module is an intelligent addressable control interface designed to provide six individually supervised control circuits for compatible fire alarm systems. Manufactured by System Sensor (Honeywell), the SC-6 enables reliable activation and monitoring of notification appliance circuits (NACs), speaker circuits, and other supervised control applications from an intelligent fire alarm control panel.

The SC-6 provides six supervised output circuits with continuous monitoring of connected field wiring for open and short circuit faults. Each circuit can support Class B operation up to 3 A or Class A operation up to 2 A, providing flexible installation options for commercial, industrial, healthcare, and high-rise fire protection applications.

For audio applications, the SC-6 supports supervised speaker circuits rated up to 50 W at 70.7 VAC or 25 VAC per circuit. When synchronized notification is required, the module can be used with the appropriate synchronization accessories, including the SYNC-1 card, to support synchronized strobe and speaker operation.

The SC-6 communicates directly with the intelligent signalling line circuit (SLC) and uses six consecutive addresses. The base address is selected through onboard addressing switches, with additional addresses automatically assigned. Unused addresses can be disabled to simplify system configuration.

Designed for flexible installation, the SC-6 is a plug-in module compatible with the CH-6 chassis and BB-series cabinets, providing a neat and secure mounting solution for larger fire alarm system installations.
