AGREEMENT
Terms and conditions:
1. All invoices must be paid within 30 days from the invoice date.
2. Any claims related to invoices must be submitted within seven (7) working days.
3. By submitting this application, you authorise Fire Factory Australia to contact the trade references you have provided to assess your creditworthiness.
4. Payments overdue by more than thirty (30) days may incur interest at a rate of 2.5% per calendar month, calculated from the original due date.
5. All goods supplied remain the property of Fire Factory Australia until full payment is received.
6. Fire Factory Australia may suspend or cancel credit facilities without notice in case of late payment or poor credit history.
7. Fire Factory Australia reserves the right to suspend or cancel credit facilities at any time, particularly in the case of late payments or poor credit history, without prior notice.
8. The applicant agrees to notify Fire Factory Australia in writing of any changes to business details, ownership, or contact information.
9. The applicant agrees to pay all costs incurred by Fire Factory Australia in recovering overdue payments, including legal and collection agency fees.
10. Fire Factory Australia reserves the right to request personal guarantees from company directors.
Fire Factory Australia will review your application and notify you in writing if it has been approved. This process may take up to four (4) weeks. During this time, all purchases must be made on a C.O.D. (Cash on Delivery) basis. An initial monthly credit limit of $0.00 will be set upon account opening. If you require a higher limit, please contact our accounts team for further review.
By signing this application, the applicant confirms that they have received, read, and accepted Fire Factory Australia’s General Terms and Conditions of Sale, and acknowledges that:
1. They are authorised to sign this application and legally bind the applicant.
2. All information provided is accurate and complete, and any changes will be communicated in writing.
3. They understand and agree to the credit terms of Fire Factory Australia, unless other written terms are mutually agreed.
4. They grant permission for Fire Factory Australia to conduct relevant credit checks and inquiries.

a. To assess your credit application
b. To send invoices and account statements
c. To process payments
d. To recover overdue payments
e. To provide credit references to other credit providers and credit reporting agencies
f. To conduct internal marketing and communications
a. Related companies and contractors (including their employees)
b. Other credit providers, whether or not your account is overdue
c. Risk insurers, debt collection agencies, legal representatives, and credit reporting agencies (if necessary)
Failure to provide the required information may prevent us from fully assessing your credit application and result in restricted access to our services.
