1. Free Delivery (Sydney Metro)

Fire Factory Australia offers free delivery for all orders over $500+GST within the Sydney metropolitan area.

Same-Day Delivery: Orders placed before 8:30 AM are eligible for same-day delivery.

Next-Day Delivery: Orders placed in the afternoon will be delivered the following business day.

2. Delivery Charges for Orders Under $500 (Sydney Metro)

For orders under $500, the following delivery fees apply:

Within 10km from our warehouse (Smithfield) : $25 + GST

Towards Sydney CBD: $50 + GST

Distant Sydney Metro areas (e.g., Campbelltown, Northern Suburbs, etc.): $80 + GST

3. Australia-Wide Freight

Fire Factory Australia provides freight services across Australia, including major cities, states, and regional areas. Freight charges vary based on order size, weight, and destination. Customers can also arrange their own preferred transport for order pickup from our warehouse. Additional admin fee will be applied.
