Notifier SCS-8A Smoke Control Station – 8 Channel Manual Smoke Control Interface
The Notifier SCS-8A Smoke Control Station is designed to provide manual control and visual status indication for smoke management systems integrated with compatible Notifier fire alarm networks. The unit provides eight three-position locking control switches for managing smoke control functions such as fans, dampers, smoke exhaust systems, and emergency ventilation equipment.
The SCS-8A features clear LED status indication with green, red, and amber indicators, allowing operators to quickly identify the condition of connected smoke control functions. The station communicates through the Notifier ACS (Annunciator Control System) bus and integrates with compatible Notifier intelligent fire alarm systems, including AFP-3030 and NCA-2 configurations.
The SCS-8A can be expanded with the SCE-8A Smoke Control Expander to provide up to 16 control switch positions, making it suitable for larger smoke management systems in high-rise buildings, commercial facilities, industrial sites, and complex fire protection installations.
