The WIP phone is used for two-way communication between Floor Wardens and the EWIS panel.
When the handset is in the cradle, calls ring through the built-in speaker.
When the handset is lifted, audio switches to the handset for clear voice communication.
It uses a simple two-wire connection and is designed for emergency use.
