BPFL – Passive Fire Logbook
A comprehensive two-year logbook designed for recording routine service activities for passive fire and smoke systems, in accordance with AS 1851—2012 (Incorporating Amendment 1). It provides structured service schedules and dedicated fields for asset identification, Pass/Fail/N/A results, defects, comments, corrective actions and completed repairs. The logbook covers fire and smoke barriers, service penetrations and control joints, access panels and hatches, structural fire-resistant elements, fire-resistant doorsets, smoke doors, fire shutters, fire-rated glazing and fire-rated ducts, helping technicians maintain clear and consistent routine service records.
