BRSL – Routine Service Logbook – Delivery Lay Flat Hoses, Fire Hose Reels, Fire Extinguishers & Fire Blankets

A comprehensive two-year logbook designed for recording routine service activities for delivery lay flat fire hose, fire hose reels, portable and wheeled fire extinguishers, and fire blankets, in accordance with AS 1851—2012 (Incorporating Amendment 1). It provides structured service records and dedicated fields for equipment identification, inspection and test results, pressure testing where applicable, service tags, defects and corrective actions, together with an equipment register for up to 100 items, helping technicians maintain clear, organised and consistent routine service records.

For sites with more than 100 items, print and attach Additional Equipment Register.PDF to extend the register. Each logbook supports a maximum of 200 items, or you can use a separate logbook for each zone.
