Featuring a NEMA 4-rated enclosure and UV-resistant housing, the DNRW offers enhanced protection against moisture and harsh environmental conditions while maintaining dependable fire detection performance.

Designed for use with compatible Honeywell and System Sensor intelligent plug-in smoke detector heads (sold separately), the DNRW is suitable for commercial and industrial HVAC applications where early smoke detection within air handling systems is critical. Its advanced low-flow technology enables reliable operation across a wide air velocity range from 100 to 4,000 ft/min (0.5 to 20.32 m/s), making it suitable for a variety of ventilation system designs.

The housing features a clear, removable cover for easy inspection and maintenance, integrated cover tamper supervision, and support for remote testing to simplify routine servicing. Compatible with both round and rectangular duct installations, the DNRW provides flexible installation and dependable long-term performance.
