The ACM-48A-AUS Annunciator Control Module is an intelligent remote annunciation module designed for compatible Honeywell NOTIFIER fire alarm systems. Providing 48 programmable annunciation points, the ACM-48A-AUS delivers clear visual indication of fire alarm system status without operator control switches, making it ideal for remote monitoring applications where indication-only functionality is required.
The module features 48 tri-colour LEDs that can be individually programmed to display alarm, supervisory, normal, and other system conditions. An integrated On-Line/Power LED and System Fault LED provide continuous indication of communication and module status, while a built-in piezo sounder with a silence switch provides local audible notification of system events.
Communication with the fire alarm control panel is achieved via the reliable ACS (Annunciator Control System) EIA-485 serial communication bus, allowing the ACM-48A-AUS to operate as part of a distributed annunciation network. For larger installations, the module can be expanded with one AEM-48A Annunciator Expander Module, increasing the total annunciation capacity to 96 points.
The ACM-48A-AUS is well suited to commercial buildings, hospitals, educational facilities, industrial sites, and large infrastructure projects where remote visual indication of fire alarm system events is required without local control functions.
