AS 1851—2012 Requirements in NSW

From 13 February 2026, AS 1851—2012 applies in NSW to applicable essential fire safety measures in new and existing Class 1b and Class 2 to Class 9 buildings, unless an applicable Performance Solution specifies an alternative maintenance basis.
