Fire Factory AU will process your application and advise you in writing if application has been approved. This process can take up to four (4) weeks. During the processing period for approval, we ask that purchases be paid by C.O.D.
A monthly credit limit of $ 00.00 will be established on the opening of your account. If this limit requires
increasing, please discuss this with us.
The Applicant acknowledges that they have received and accept Fire Factory AU General Terms and
Conditions of Sale prior to signing this application and warrants that they have read and understood the
nature and effect of the terms and:

They have the authority to sign on behalf and to bind the applicant;

The information provided is true and correct in every detail, and any changes to the information will be immediately notified to Fire Factory AU in writing.

Understand the credit terms of Fire Factory AU and agree to pay in accordance with these terms unless an alternative arrangement is made in writing and agreed to by both parties.

Permission is granted to Fire Factory AU to carry out such credit enquiries as necessary for this application.

Fire Factory AU is committed to your privacy. The company’s policy on handling of personal information is
to comply fully with the National Privacy Principals for the fair handling of personal information, as set out
in the Privacy Act.

Your personal information may be disclosed to our related companies, contractors (including contracting staff), other credit providers whether or not your account is overdue, and, if necessary, our risk insurers, collection agents, solicitors and credit reporting agencies.
Should you not provide the requested information the credit application may not be able to be assessed
fully and as a result Fire Factory AU trade as may deny you access to their services.
